Policies & Payment

Since we are a highly personalized service business, at present we can accommodate one person at a time in our facility. When we are in treatment, the doors are locked for security and safety, which makes it impossible to accommodate those wanting to come in and out. There are many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques in the area for those times when you are accompanied by a friend.

We pride ourselves on being on time for our appointments and for the highly personalized service we give each customer. We kindly ask that you show up at the scheduled time and not early. If you arrive early and the door is locked, we are more than likely in treatment and encourage you to explore the neighborhood for a few minutes.

Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment times.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancelations. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in your credit card being charged the full fee of the scheduled services. We regret these instances but it is a policy that we must enforce.

Payment Options:

We encourage cash and local checks with identification as payment options. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
We are able to accept all major credit cards, however please be aware that this form of payment takes a bit longer to process as we use our online store and not a swiper.
We reserve the right to modify prices and errors on our website and Genbook booking pages at any time.
